A: Seamless wallpaper is printed in one continuous piece, made to your exact wall dimensions, eliminating visible seams for a smooth, uninterrupted finish.
Q: Is wall preparation really necessary?
A: Yes. Proper preparation ensures strong adhesion and a flawless final result.
Q: Can seamless wallpaper be used in bathrooms?
A: Yes, as long as it is not in direct contact with water. It performs well in well-ventilated bathrooms and half baths.

Measuring & Design
Q: How do I measure my wall for seamless wallpaper?
A:
Measure the width in three places and use the largest value.
Measure the height in three places and use the tallest value.
Add a 5 cm safety margin to both measurements.
Contact us if your wall has slopes, windows, or obstacles — we can assist with accurate sizing.
Q: What kind of image do I need for a custom seamless wallpaper?
A: A high-resolution image is required. If the quality is too low, we will notify you and help determine whether the image can be used.
Q: Can I see a preview of my custom wallpaper before printing?
A: Yes. We provide a design preview for your approval before production.
Orders, Pricing & Payment
Q: How much does seamless wallpaper cost?
A: Pricing depends on wall size and customization. The wallpaper price is calculated once your measurements are provided.
Q: When do I pay for my order?
A: Payment is requested only after we have reviewed your image, confirmed the design details, and calculated shipping costs. You will receive a payment link once everything is approved.
Q: Are shipping costs included in the wallpaper price?
A: No. Shipping costs depend on the delivery address and order size and are calculated after design review and address confirmation. These costs are included in the payment request before production begins.
Q: How long does production take?
A: Most wallpapers are produced within 7–10 business days after final design approval. Larger or more complex projects may require additional time.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Delivery time depends on the destination and shipping method. Estimated delivery details are confirmed before payment is requested.
Installation Services
Q: Do you offer professional installation?
A: Yes. Our professional installers manage the full installation process. To request a quote, select the installation option at the end of your order.
Q: How long does installation take?
A: Most installations take a few hours to half a day, depending on wall size and condition.
Q: Do you only install Pop Papel wallpaper?
A: No. We also install non-woven, vinyl, textured, and traditional wallpapers.
Q: Can you remove my existing wallpaper first?
A: Yes. We can remove old wallpaper prior to installation if required.
Warranty, Inspection & Liability
Q: Do I have a warranty on seamless wallpaper?
A: Wallpaper must be inspected immediately upon delivery and before installation. Any visible defects or damage must be reported within 24 hours and before installation begins.
Q: What happens if I install the wallpaper myself?
A: Once self-installation begins, no warranty applies. Pop Papel is not responsible for damage or issues occurring during or after self-installation.
Q: What warranty applies if Pop Papel installs the wallpaper?
A: If we install the wallpaper and damage occurs during installation, we will provide replacement wallpaper. If the wallpaper detaches from the wall within one year due to installation issues, we will return to reapply it. We are not responsible for damage occurring after installation due to external factors.
Cancellation & Consumer Rights
Q: Can I cancel or return my order?
A: No. All wallpapers are custom-made to your specifications. The statutory 14-day right of cancellation (right of withdrawal) does not apply to custom-made products. This does not affect your statutory rights in the event of defective goods.
Shipping & Business Orders
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. We ship throughout the EU and Switzerland. Contact us for arrangements outside these areas.
Q: Do you offer corporate or hospitality solutions?
A: Yes. We work with hotels, restaurants, offices, retail spaces, and other commercial clients on custom wallpaper projects and installations.
